The food is making my friend sick!
We had dinner with her, and they were not wearing gloves when they served the food. There is a person that looks unshaven and not clean,a man wearing a dress. Not in uniform. People waiting to be served look afraid to talk. That male in a dress talked down to my friend the resident who is paying thousands as like the other resident who pay a lot...
They deserve better! We seen another employee come back with food on the cart, he was supposed to deliver to a resident, asking another employee if they had seen the paper where the food was to be delivered, she said no. So I imagine the person; a resident did not get to eat that night.

I CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY GOT RID OF JOE! MY MOM SUE WAS SO UPSET. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT REALLY CARED FOR MY MOM AND THE REST OF HER FELLOW RESIDENTS. BEFORE HIM THERE REALLY WASNT ANY ACTIVITIES GOING ON. I HOPE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

I was looking for an assistant living community for my Dad. I had visited about 10 different communities. When I walked into montage Ridge, I knew right away that this would be a very good fit for my dad. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and a very accommodating. My dad was very hesitant about moving when I took him to visit the community, after meeting all of the staff they put him at ease. I would recommend anybody looking for an assistant living community in Lakewood. Please stop by and visit, i’m sure it would be a good fit for any aging Parent. Most communities want you to sign up the day you visit Joya and her staff Never put any pressure on signing up today of the visit.

Montage Ridge is truly a special place. We have staff that have been working in our building since it opened 25 years ago, which is the biggest testament to how amazing this place really is. The time and care that our staff put into getting to know residents and their routines is inspiring. I feel so grateful to be apart of this team and wonderful community every day!

The staff and care team at montage ridge go above and beyond for their residents. I have been a PTA in skilled nursing and senior living for over 10 years. This environment is not an easy one, the level of care needed to everyone here is high. This community has shown me over the last 3 years that they are willing to accommodate and adapt to residents needs. They listen to families and try their best to make it right. The staff here are willing to work with residents and family to accommodate their wants and needs. They are open to communication and able to grow with your loved ones needs. There is always something going on to keep folks entertained.
