I went here to get job placement due to a significant obstacle. Although I was told emphatically I would, I received no help. My "career counsler" no showed for a follow-up phone appointment a week ago. I called that day, and the receptionist told me she would send my counselor an email and cc managers. I wasn't ever entered into the day work program, and I was told 5 different accounts of a waiting list that wasn't in existence at first, and then apparently I was at the end of behind at least 20 others. I was never given any information or guidance. This is after it took 5 weeks to get into the pointless orientation because they were always closed on Mondays the only day they have them due to the acknowledgment of every single holiday regardless of what it was. I was referred here by two state agencies. I can only have the opinion that these companies are part of a systemic issue in Denver. Nothing works here. I shouldn't have to fight for help that was offered to me. This isn't the only agency that fails the people it is supposed to help. But let's just keep pumping money into the criminals who came here illegally.

I had a amazing intake with Madison she really made it seem like they could help me. Then Jennifer Allen tells me Madison is no longer with the company and instructs me to do everything on my own. Oh wait except 3 way a call to ssi that's all she was willing to do and that didn't even go thru when you have disabilities and need help you go to places like this to help and find them expecting you to do everything on your own ... if I could I would that's why I was referred to you . But oh well here we go Hopefully I can bring enough awareness that donors realize they don't help everyone

I have noticed that all of the reviews that are within the last 12 months are the worst for this company's history and I can personally attest to as why unfortunately. After the initial meeting where I was handed my Housing Choice Voucher and it explained to me, I have gotten absolutely no help whatsoever to find housing but I have gotten numerous put offs and constant rescheduling appointment calls and nothing whatsoever in regards to getting housed and off the streets and excuses that I FEEL LIKE ARE GOING TO GIVE ME ANOTHER STROKE! I don't understand how "T" was hired for the position she has there and this is the first time I ever complained about any employee anywhere publicly and that I feel I have to make both an informal and formal registered complaint over the way she's treated me. This place went from a 4.5 star to a half star and ready to take the half star away as well.!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ASSISTANCE ON SSI CLAIMS. I am convinced that a high schooler could do a better job! Having now failed the effort I myself get to go through the courts and have only discovered from the Bayaud assisted effort, one screw up after another it seems almost a total sabotage. Thanks Brittany but you didn’t even get the dates of the injury accurate! . Even if your case is a total slam dunk, I strongly would suggest not letting these people anywhere near your file
For instance,
Why was the date of my loss listed as 2022 when the stroke occurred in 2019?
Why was my SSDI claim completely ignored despite my constant reminders otherwise?
Why were loads of medical records I gave you never even provided to them?
My income earnings records not corrected
Why was communication only held between the SSA and yourself leaving me in the dark until the denial?

So don’t waste your time unless you know someone, they claimed that they already had 10 people before 1:00 and as the lady told us they were full a girl rolled up with a suitcase arrived after three of us had been told they were full and went straight back. It definitely seems like you gotta know someone, they had filled up and were in the back at ten till one

NOT WORTH AT ALL!!! Not sorry, but this place is horrible!! This place will not help you find a job. This place and staffing, neglects the proper management to run this establishment. Make sure you get everything in writing because this organization has gone out of this way to lie manipulate and weaponize policies to cover their own tail. Is very unfortunate to have an organization to provide services to only caucasians. To deliberately go out their to create an environment to fail minorities 12/06/2023
