I have used the flexible office space for the past three and a half years. The booking system is easy to use and was able to schedule rooms that fit my needs. It has all the services you need for an office. The community rooms are bright and nicely decorated. It is accessible with an elevator and ramp available. I highly recommend Humanly!

I've loved renting space here as an acupuncturist for the past two years. The location is super convenient for most of my patients, the office is professional, well designed and cared for. I appreciate being able to rent by the hour instead of by the month because my patient load can vary month-to-month. The owners have gone out of their way to accommodate the needs of my business, and it's great not having to worry about cleaning or basic amenities like wi-fi, copy machine, coffee maker, etc. I really like sharing space with other health care practitioners and having access to a kitchen--it feels like a community atmosphere, which is hard to come by as a sole proprietor. Highly recommend renting space here!

I am very happy with the office here. I like that they take care of the space and I don't have to worry about anything other than my practice. They maintain the entire space and having a waiting wiating area, restroom, and kitchen area taken care of is great. The cost is also very reasonable compared to other locations in the area, plus they maintain the space for you. If there are any problems, the owner and manager are easy to get ahold of and are very helpful. I feel that this has let me focus on my practice more and makes my life easier.

Great building space. The management is top notch and goes out of their way to accommodate needs. Rates are very reasonable and fair compared to the rest of the market. It is a very secure office space in a decent part of Lakewood. I rent space by the hour as needed and have never had any problems. Humanly Lakewood is a great option for those looking for affordable individual office space or shared/flexible office space to rent out by the hour.

If I could put a Zero star on this place I would. Be careful if you are thinking of renting space here. The people who run this floor are not honest. They do not follow through on their word. They present desperate for money, "covid has been hard on us." Really! Join the masses folks. They overcharge per square foot and the walls are paper thin! Turn your sound machine on high! It was short stay thank goodness as the energy there was very low. I covered the strange energy in the lease agreement. If your gut tells you "I don't think so" listen to it! You can land a much better space in local office buildings that are much more professional for the same price they charge for a very small rooms.
