We were in town camping for the weekend and one of the kids' bikes lost a nut. We are your walmart bikes kind of people, but Bill and David said to bring in the bike and they would take a look. They had the part and did a quick tune-up all while educating us on what they were doing. Bill went above and beyond helping us out! Great place, great people!!

Tomichi Cycles will always hold a special place in my Heart FOREVER. I had a major mechanical failure on the CT and they saved my. Had to hitch to Gunnison and they took such great care of me and even had one of their staff take me back to the CT ( I paid him for his time) and the journey continued. I love the Husband and Wife duo. Forever grateful. Merry Christmas

I bike all over the country and ride around 5k miles annually. I’m a weirdo bike person. It’s so distressing when you land somewhere with a mechanical issue and you don’t know who to go to. If you know you know.

The staff and service at Tomichi are first rate and well above the caliber you’d expect for a city the size of Gunnison.

Very quick help on the phone. Conversation with both staff members left absolutely no doubt about the collective competence in the shop. I presented with a wobbly crank, and the mechanic, plainly a master, went through and diagnosed and repaired it on the spot. Of course this isn’t something you should expect, but throughout the process, he explained to me what he was doing and why. It was as informative as it was helpful. I wouldn’t have been able to roll that weekend without their help.

The labor rate was completely fair, and for the competence, a bargain at twice the price.

Make a point of stopping in, whether your crank wobbles or not. 🙂

What a great display of caring about what you do. We made a small purchase of mirrors for our E-bikes. The level of customer service we received was like we had purchased a $5,000 bike. In all our travels across this country I don't believe we have ever seen this level of customer service. This was a great reminder of why we need to support small businesses!

Susan and Bill are awesome to deal with. My wife and I are new to the mountain biking. We purchased two bikes at a very good price and they gave great personal care to make sure they were setup correctly for us. We have returned several times for add on's and service. Every time receiving excellent service and advice. We highly recommend this shop!

Bought a bike here today! Susan and her husband who own the shop were both incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions and they both seemed eager to answer and help me out in any way they could. I love when people are passionate about their work and their hobbies. It always shows. I also work in sales and always try to be honest with my customers about what they are buying. I felt the same respect from Susan. Much love to these people!

Went in for a handlebar. They didn’t have what I needed, but I got excellent service and some chain lube. I also wanted to buy a new pump, but the staff said that my existing pump had a lifetime warranty so they fixed it on the spot. Every staff member was super attentive and seemed like they truly were concerned with my enjoyment of my shopping experience. As I left, one employee even offered up information about local trails and got out a map. If all businesses were run like this one, there would not be any grumpy people in the world. 5 stars.
