Beware of employee electrician Tim Petersen. He did non compliant work on my home and refused to correct it. When I told him I would file a complaint he blacklisted me on an electrician business list, claiming that I would not be able to hire another electrician. This guy was working unlicensed as well.

We worked with Doug, Jason, John and Matt over the course of a multi-month remodel, these guys are absolutely awesome. Every day they were schedule to work they arrived early and accomplished more than we expected. We could not be more pleased with the results and are thankful for the valuable insight they provided about all the technical aspects, safety and limitations of our electrical system. Doug discovered at least two "code violations" and happily fixed them for us. This is one of the biggest home projects we have ever undertaken and Phillips went above and beyond.

I cannot say enough good things about Phillips! Each time I've called, I've spoken to a person, not a voicemail. Living far out of Durango, I expected we'd be weeks out from getting someone to look at our barn that lost electricity. Instead, it was a few days after I spoke with them! The guys found the bad spot, told us exactly what they would need to come back and hopefully make the repair. Due to our schedule, it was a few months that passed before we could dig up and expose the bad section. I called to see when they could come out, expecting it to be a minimum of a week or two, which is what I was told. They actually came the next day! I have power back in my barn and I won't have to face another long, dark, cold winter with just a headlamp and rechargeable light. My husband and I were guessing the cost for the job, and I just got my invoice - WAY lower than we expected! They are going to be my go-to whenever we need an electrician. Super professional, nice, responsive, on time (if not early!), and an awesome value.

Matt was able to come to my home within a day, and diagnose a problem with our septic system's alarm set up. He sorted out the problem quickly and was not only quite reasonable as far as price goes, but guaranteed his work. I recently had Phillips Electric come to my Insurance Agency to repair/replace/upgrade some light fixtures. Everyone from the receptionist, Matt who reviewed options and pricing, and Aaron the technician who completed the job were fantastic.

Phillip's Electric is our electrical vendor. They are very professional and knowledgeable. But they were great on a particular Sunday, when we lost power to 4 pedestals in our RV park. Matt responded with a text, went to his shop, got the breaker we needed and was out here in less than an hour!! Thank you Matt!
