I'm a mental health patient due to trauma..I've had 3 different councilors over 2 years time... one i had to cancel 2x..for i was in hospital and she refused to reschedule..one say I might be in purgatory and then ignore my responses of scheduling and drop me from valleywide completely at a time of severe struggles. And next I get a phone lady..I spill my heart to..and she isn't even there2x on my 20min appointment..and no council..she messaged me stating she off last week for holiday and I'll talk to her a week later..after I just relocated to a completely new place all alone. I called on Saturday saying I needed a counselor due to distress..nobody available. What exactly are these people paid to mistreat clients..especially if they diagnosed mental health and disabled. They are not doing any help..actually it's damaging.
