This place is very busy and unfortunately the staff is overworked and overwhelmed, so be prepared to spend a few hours here. What I thought would take maybe 20 minutes took far too long. With that aside, Gavin is great and they have to have the largest selection of trailers within a 200 mile radius. The yard is packed and it's huge. So you will probably find what you're looking for.
My suggestion is to go on their website and find what you want, then write down the stock number and call (if you can get through to someone) and simply ask if they have it in stock. They're website is very good and is constantly updated so instead of calling to ask a bunch of dumb questions and taking up their time just look online.
Then, if they have it, just go there and tell them you want this stock number. They'll take you to go look at it.
They have multiple RTO options which is helpful if you have a business or have bad credit.
I got a good quality trailer for the best price I could find and I'm happy with it!
They just need to work on their processes as far as paperwork, customer service, the phones etc. unfortunately they're still doing business like it's 10 years ago printing out and scanning tons of paper and it just takes forever.
GUYS if you're reading this, get in touch with Adobe Sign and get them to go through your processes and make you 100% digital! You can do all this to where it'll send the customer paperwork ahead of time or even in person on a tablet so you can get through transactions faster.

Worked with Shane and Belinda (the Boss Lady!) on a custom Continental Cargo Auto Master. It turned out vastly better than I expected. Shane went far above and beyond getting Forest River to install plumbing stub-outs without fixtures (I'm going to install my own). First-rate communication regarding changes, and a few suggestions that both improved the quality of my build and saved me a bit of money in the end. Can't recommend these folks highly enough. Outstanding from start to finish.

To the reviewers below who bought cheap trailers (especially the one from a manufacturer no longer in business): It's simple - you get what you pay for. Just about every trailer/RV that rolls out of a factory requires warranty repairs, even $5 million Class A's. You just gotta bite the bullet and get them done.

As a retired Army officer, I had an absolutely amazing experience buying a trailer here!!! I highly recommend anyone from Fort Cavazos or and military or civilian who is looking for a high-quality trailer to consider, purchasing one from these guys. The trailer was as described, and they went out of their way to ensure that the trailer was not only roadworthy, but ready to be put to work!!!! The trailer I purchased was a 28 foot used cargo trailer. I will be taking it from Texas back to New Mexico. The trailer was fairly priced and their were no negative surprises. Staff were more than helpful and made sure every aspect of the trailer was ship-shape!! I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used Trailer they can depend on.
