Was visiting a family member in a development that this company maintains, and had some damage done to my truck because a tree branch was sticking out like 4 feet into the parking spot. The branch put a dent in my tailgate(see attached photos)I have emailed them, called them, and have left a voicemail with no response(surprise). I feel like this problem is on them, as they are responsible for maintaining the grounds. You can also see other colored paint on the branch, which makes me wonder why this branch hasn’t already been removed.

Horrible, horrible plowing job like normal. No, Saul came once. Didn’t come back to push everything back parking spots still full of snow would it be if it was pushed all the way back 6 inches of ice in front of the parking spots almost hit somebody’s house do we not do anything about this? Somebody could get seriously hurt

I’ve had nothing but frustration with Westwind Their communication is poor at best, and they are unresponsive to issues that directly impact homeowners. If and when they do respond, it’s always late or completely inadequate. It feels like they have no interest in resolving issues in a timely or professional manner. Each time I had an issue that I could only get resolved through them i had to go through staff who is curt, condescending, and seemed more interested in ending the conversation than assisting me. I’m strongly disappointed by the way this company has NOT handled my issues. Another Managment group has now taken over my community and they cannot seem to find my paperwork. If I can give a 0 star rating I would. The HOA is always impossible to get a hold of. They want their money on time but never do anything in a timely manner. I have asked them to paint around my garage for over a year and they wanted me to replace my garage door in less than 30 days. Trash pickup was missed and they didn't call or notify me I had to call in to be told they didn't dispatch the trucks. So then why do we pay a monthly cost? I am so sick of the poor service every single time and so sick of the monthly and quarterly charges going up every single year and the service being so poor.

There was a massive dump that occurred on our sidewalks of trash/furniture/waste that took over (2) 4ftx8ft areas. When I reached out to Rachel Kaelin from Westwind Management responded quickly and resolved the issue within days. The event happened again the following week and Denver Waste Management wasn't picking the items up. After another request to Rachel, she created another ticket for trash removal that occurred within days. Great customer service!

I'm a homeowner at San Francisco HOA. I had previously made a verbal agreement with one of their office staff that my second car would not be towed. This was honored for a few months. Now take note, there's no way to pay for a second spot, there is no carports or garages here. Fast forward to a couple months ago, I come back from being out of town for a couple weeks for a work trip, my subaru is nowhere to be seen and I've received mail from a tow/impound yard, way out in Arvada 40 minutes away. It cost me $1000 all told just to get my car released and back across town. I now am currently spending ~$100 a month for a storage unit nearby, just to try to ensure no more nasty surprises like that take place. The couple of times I've contacted them about it, there is zero empathy or understanding. If you make an agreement with someone in the office about anything at all /make sure you have it in writing/. They all acted like this was totally routine, and don't care to make it right, at all.

Please think twice before purchasing or renting in one of their communities— it's not an if, but a when they'll screw you over.. Typically when you least expect it.
