Unless you wanna have cuts and scrapes from the benches and machine's, I would go elsewhere. I get that the leater gets tried but other 24hour fitness put tape over the worn parts. This one does not seem to care and there are multiple benches or machine's that are withering away. Please repair some I shouldn't have to bring a towel or shirt to cover the rips so I don't get scraped up.

This gym is a solid commercial gym. Been lifting for a few years now. Are there a few machines I wish they had or I wish they’d upgrade - yea, is that normal for commercial gyms - definitely. It’s one of the better bang for your buck gyms, has everything you need. Crowds are during weekdays after 5pm as expected. People are overall friendly.

The front desk guy DJ is cool and helpful.

Overall idk if there’s many other gyms that would have gotten the job done much better for the price.

Dirt and bodily fluids everywhere. The hot tub is lukewarm, the pool is full of debris and chunks of peeling paint, showers smell horrible and look disgusting. Parking is full of trash too. I've been to 3 different locations in Colorado and this one surprised me in a very bad way. There was a damn pickle on the shower floor.

I talked to the staff at the front desk and they were just dismissive and defensive. They told me that they will "pass on the details" without writing absolutely anything down. Seems like they give out those empty promises a lot.

Probably the worst gym I've ever been to. Someone stole my friend's wallet, and the staff were not helpful at all. They told me they couldn't say if or where they had cameras due to security reasons & didn't even try to find out who did it. That tells me the staff is basically encouraging stealing. In addition, the machines are dirty & half of them are broken. There aren't any gender-neutral or family style restrooms. I'm convinced that most of the people that workout here don't use deodorant. Lastly, there's a huge cruising problem at this location. People are constantly staring, and it makes me so uncomfortable to work out here. This place either needs new management, or it should be shut down.

This is a very special place. It's about serious people of all sexes, colors, ages and body types working out together and inspiring one another. It's about clean locker rooms and showers and pool and spa facilities, which although not fancy feel perfectly fine. In addition it's the best value of any club in Denver. Come check it out and tell Manager Steven that I sent you!

The facilities are appropriate for the various work outs that I do, and it is centrally-located. The clientele is nice and respectful of all skill levels. The manager, Steve, is friendly and responsive…in a positive manner he helped clear up a membership issue that had arisen, which I really appreciate. The staff is courteous.

I have been a member of another gym chain, but after moving, the closest location to me is about A 20-minute drive. I got a 3-day pass to try out this 24 hour fitness as it's only 5 minutes away. I was looking to switch gyms. When I walked to the front desk, the staff member took a while to cut his personal conversation with another member and even acknowledge me. He acted super inconvenienced that I needed help. After he helped me check in, I asked where the locker rooms were, and his response was "follow the back wall". When I asked him to explain, he kind of smirked at me like I was stupid. Completely rude. As far as equipment goes, I think I visited this gym 20 years ago and it doesn't look like anything has changed or been upgraded since. I have no idea why this establishment thinks they are worth what they charge, but you're better off going to Planet Fitness for a better quality and I'm sure nicer staff.
