I am always amazed when I come here how an entire staff can be so pleasant and seem to all get along so well. The care I have received at Vivent far exceeds my expectations and truly shows how compassionate and caring a team of people can be. I have referred so many of my friends to utilize their services because in my opinion they are the best! When I walk in I know Kate and Jenny will be there greeting me with smiles and good conversations. Then the amazing nurses and doctors are friendly, efficient, and always there to answer any questions or offer assistance and advice.
One person in particular always stands out for me and that is VeraLynn. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how important and helpful she has been for me. From navigating care to helping me during tough times, I knew I had someone on my side rooting for me and cheering my victories.
I couldn’t recommend this practice more. If you’re unsure, scared, feeling isolated about your health and needs in the LGBTQ+ community, just know they are here for you and are a wealth of knowledge to help you take back your health and live a beautiful life as we all deserve.

I made a bad review for this place a few months ago. I guess I was just going through some hardship and felt everyone was against me. But I was wrong. Since I've been sober went to detox and rehab, I have realized a few things. The problem was me. Vivent has nothing but supported me and provided me with what I needed. I take back all the negative things I've said about this place and excited to continue with thier service.

I love Vivent. They have been so helpful with SO many things here, from medication cost assistance to food assistance, even sometimes help with certain bills if you’re at risk of falling behind. Vivent is a VALUABLE resource for the community, and a positive experience for me. I love the healthcare providers, and all the assistance and love and support I’ve been given. It has meant the world to me coming from a new place, and not knowing how to navigate the Colorado Healthcare situation really at all… to have people who have helped me like those at Vivent have.

Good services with people that care but just disappointed that they are limiting who can use the food panty. Last time I went, it was for everyone and now they are saying it's only for those with HIV. It seems a little discriminatory because everyone deserves the right to get food especially during the holidays.

This is one of the most solid, healthcare places in Denver. It is a beautifully choreograph, collaborative effort with medical professionals in family, infectious disease, internal medicine, and psychology. They have their own pharmacy as well. I have nothing but great things to say about my own healthcare there. I’ve been a patient for several years and they are consistently on top of things. They do heroic work. Dr. Mia Scott is the best!

I've watched my best friend deal with these people for 2 years. They consistently get meds wrong or can't get them at all. They're condescending to her, reminding her constantly why she's there, it's very hard on her and on the people who love her.
They could do so much better! The pharmacy is completely incompetent.

I loved Vivent Health and the medical staff. Especially considering I was both terrified and devastated my first time here and was shown a lot of kindness and compassion. My doctor and the nurses are incredible and I truly believe that they want the best for their patients in terms of care and treatment. I felt very safe and very well taken care of here.

That is, until I unexpectedly got off the phone with a collection agency for a total of over $700 for 5 separate open accounts in my name for labs. I was blindsided and had no clue I owed anything. I always check my patient portal to see if there is anything owed. The receptionist I annoyed by speaking with informed me that, although I get everything done in the same office, THAT billing specifically is separate and would not appear in my charges.

In no conversation for over a year of coming here has that ever been said to me. In fact, at each check in, check out, phone call, text message, direct message, etc. a balance was never sought out or mentioned in the office. I visit every 3 months, and sometimes more often and they have my insurance on file. However, the first I found out about this outstanding balance was from Credit Control who was asking if I wanted to pay my $757 collections balance by credit or debit.

I understand that much like any and everything else, this is a business. Staff to pay, lights to keep on, equipment to buy, but I only did what I was told was necessary for my health by my medical professionals with an idea that charges and payments were at least something I would be followed up with about. Now, I will sit and wait for the one and only person who is apparently equipped to have a conversation at the clinic to call me back in a few days. Most likely to tell me the blame is someone else’s. My insurance, the lab, mine, etc. and that there is nothing to be done.

I don’t claim to know the distinction between Vivent Health and Quest Diagnostics, but lucky for them, there is no cure for what I have and they can continue to make the money they need off of me as long as I require treatment. They will get every penny they’re owed because I have no choice otherwise. I don’t even really so much mind that there is money due. I just wish I would have been told so I could have paid all along or been prepared. I don’t want to be in collections any more than the man who answered the phone wanted to speak with me today.
