When I think of Christmas, I think of all of the wonderful Brookshire Bro.Employees, who leave their families, to serve the public. That's loyalty since 1921. It's not because they are there but because of the smiles & helpfulness, caring, & love, especially Mrs. Carol who to me & many others show the example of why Brookshire Bros.will always be a very important part of all communities, & hopefully many new ones, in the very near future! Thank you!

Brookshire Bro. Employees, when you leave your homes to serve others with smiles, food to bag and sell, you have become someone's surrogate family, many who have no one to return home to; if they even have a home. You as Employees, may be the only people that they a chance to interact with on that
day or weeks ,or even months.Thae yime ,if someone wants to talk, keep that happy look and tone of voice, they will always go back to that store because, not just the ,very good food and prices, but the way that they were treated.

I am a customer of BB pharmacy in Winnie, TX. I have been a customer there since 1978. This past year, I have arrived to pick-up prescriptions that I was notified by BB that they were ready. My husband drove to town (we don't live in winnie) to get them and was told by a young man they were done. Upon arriving home an telling me this info. I went to BB to find out what was going on. This young argued with me he didn't tell my husband that. The medicine was ready, this kid only wants to draw a paycheck, not put forth the work. I find this very disturbing. I did confront him not, that it will do any good. This is the third time he has done this to us. Please someone help...

Brookshire Brothers Express in Pineland, Texas is the sorriest excuse of a grocery store in Texas. Its appearance, smell, quality and rat problem is what I would imagine a third world market to be. There is absolutely no daily cleaning being done. Meat, produce and dairy freshness is questionable. Management has been made aware and there has been no changes made. The deli area is an absolute disaster. There is no accountability in this store. The management is not reinforcing any cleanliness inside the store or on her busted, less than fresh staff. Employees are smoking cigarettes at the entrance. They have absolutely no regard for themselves much less the public OVERspending their money there. It’s a very small community with that location being their only option for fresh foods and BB is just taking a dump on them. It’s disrespectful to the brand and the community. DO BETTER, THE PEOPLE OF PINELAND DESERVE BETTER.

Filed a complaint about management at a Brookshire Brothers location in Rusk, TX. (Jamie) to corporate. Seems customers are last and nothing has been done. Like shopping in a dumpster. Smells awful and the management is rude, incompetent and makes the shopping experience dreadful. I will not be treated as such. I have not shopped with this company since. I urge all people that value customer servise quality and respect to shop elsewhere.

The pumps are out of receipt paper most of the time, the pumps are usually filthy and the attendant is usually in la la land looking at their phone and wouldn’t smile if their life depended on it. Come on Brookshire Bros. you can do better.

First off , I want to thank you for the gift card given through Community Action . I received mine in Longview , nearest store was in Tatum . I made the trip to shop and was greatly surprised at how run down and dirty the store was . The corn in Produce section was old and brown . Can goods were dusty .The meat section was clean and well stocked .However, I will drive on to Nacogdoches to use my card . This store #56 needs a severe make over . Better yet tear down and rebuild a new store .

I only shop at this store if I have to. This store is located in Eagle Lake Tx. It is way over priced, rotten produce. We have seen bags of potato's with liquid dripping out of the bag. Apples with fruit flies scattering as you move them. Then you have the service. It is a hit or miss day if you get a cashier who gives two hoots about their job. Their selection of items is poor and the store brand products are flaverless or just bad. My family will drive to other towns that are 20 - 30 minutes away before will go to this Brookshire brothers. I feel they take advantage of the fact that they are the only grocery store in town. I gave them one star because I can't give them a lower rating than that.
