The Santa Fe Garden Club were delighted by the visit with Bob Francella last September. The objectives of the Lighthawk programs are very much in tune with those of the Garden Club of America.

When we were offered the opportunity to be given rides with pilots associated with Lighthawk, several of the members signed up immediately. A flight plan was organized and we were taken on a grand tour of places in which the Club is interested for conservation purposes.

The day of our flight was bright and calm. Our pilot was obviously quite skilled, and was very accommodating in making sure we were all able to see our sights of interest. Even though were in the air for nearly an hour, the time went by much too quickly.

We would recommend this program and an opportunity to join in a flight with Lighthawk. Thanks to all that made this day a memorable occasion for all the Garden Club members.
