Predatory parking lot.

I parked here when the lot was basically empty and paid for an hour. Got caught up in conversations at my event and returned to my car 45 minutes late. That’s about $2 that I justly owed.
I was billed later for $82 and threatened with a debt collector with no warning that I could find at the lot. A little steep?

It definitely feels like they want you to purposely or accidentally mess up and overstay so you can be charged 40x more. If you call their contracted enforcers they’ll lower your fee to $62. Great, only 30x overcharge.

What type of fraternal organization is this? Doesn’t sound benevolent and certainly not protective unless they’re talking about their own financial profit.

My wife and I are Elks members of Scottsdale AZ Elks #2148. We visited the Littleton Elks Lodge on both Thursday and Friday nights Jul 25-26. I brought my 86-year old mother and my brother and his wife, as they live in the area and I thought would be interested in Elks. We enjoyed our time at the Littleton Elks and look forward to coming back. I grew up just West of the Elks Lodge in Littleton and it is nice to come home to a friendly lodge.

The people are very friendly and the interior is very functional of the lodge. I'm a member of the elks from kerrville , texas and this was a nice place where people went out of the way to make me feel comfortable.

I parked in the lot next to the Elks, not knowing who owned the lot. I had never been to Old Town Littleton before and was there to celebrate a friend. I struggled with the kiosk to pay to park. Two weeks later I got a bill for $82.00. When I called the number on the letter I learned that I had stayed 20 minutes past what I had paid.. Isn't this outrageous to charge such an exorbitant fee? I would have set the kiosk for a longer time in the first place if it wasn't such a difficult machine. The Elks has a bad taste now in my mind because this is highway robbery. After I met my friend for the lunch I saw the big free lot on the other side of the restaurant. The Elks Club ought to change their terrible policy for parking. Now I know why the lot was empty when I got there. Having me pay a minor extra for the extra minutes I was parked would be reasonable. When I called to ask why I got the bill, the woman said they would accept $62.00, also a ridiculous amount. The Elks have tarnished their formerly good name.

Went to the lodge with a member as a guest and a couple of months later received a collection notice of $82 for parking. I know they have an issue with parking there but good luck in getting my payment and I will never go again or suggest anyone becoming a member with these devious actions!
