My experience here has been pretty solid. My unit is functional and comfortable. Staff is kind and professional. Derek does a great job with maintenance, and Zöe is always prompt and helpful. I'm not crazy about the rent increases. I also think the speed bumps in the summer time pose more of a hazard than they prevent. Overall, a fine place to live.

Lived here going on 3 years. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The maintenance is very helpful and the manager Zoe is very nice. One of the best places to live in Gunnison in my opinion.

I had a great experience with Mountaineer, I lived here for three years. The manager zoe is so kind an understanding to new tenants who this may be a first apartment for. She plans fun events and works hard to keep it a positive community. Derek is a great help with maintenance. He is kind and helps you to fix the problem in a timely manner. It is also so fun to get a season pass to monarch if you sign a year long lease. Overall great apartment complex!

This is one of the best managed apartments I have ever been in. Zoe is thorough, very organized, and is a bright light of a human. I can tell her light permeates to the people that live here. The neighbors are wonderful, and it is a peaceful space. They hired a new maintenance person who is a nice guy. I feel very grateful that I live here.

Zoey, the manager, makes things really easy and friendly. I struggle with paperwork and she makes everything easily understandable without having to decipher the bureaucracy. I've always felt an open and quick communication with both Zoey, and the maintenance man, Derek. I very much feel a part of a family and backed up by people very willing to help with with anything I need. I will recommend mountaineer village to people because of these 2 wonderful people.
