Decided to come by here on a winter’s day. The barn is cool and I can see how it could get full during nicer weather with people going and quickly filling up that small parking lot. There is a walking path, but it’s fairly short and we found ourselves crossing into the parks nearby in order to get a little more of a walk-in. The walking path is also a bit narrow so when people walked past, we had to try to compress ourselves. There appear to be bathrooms but I didn’t see if they were open. Looked like there was some kind of community garden and a cool playground..

Very nice park and lots of protection for the kids with fine mulch and a rubber base so they don’t fall and get hurt. Mary unique structures for kids to plan on there’s a shelter for picnics under that barn shaped building and there’s restrooms to use. One thing that my family really liked was there’s a swing for an adult and a child together to swing on..

This is a solid little city park. I took lots of pictures because, well it’s scenic! It’s the middle of winter now, so the tall, marshy grasses have died back, but it has a lovely walking path, playground & basketball court. Because it’s apparently in a high flood zone, the city works hard to prevent erosion & all signs pointed to improvement efforts when I visited recently. I really appreciate the raised bed community garden, started by Colorado State, and all of the plaques about nature along the walking path. Whether you homeschool your kids, just want to teach them more, or love to learn yourself, they are a nice addition to the park.

This is a great location for family photos! The playground is fun for little ones, the path all around makes it easily accessible. Lots of pretty spots for photos! There are restrooms and a picnic area. Parking is a little limited though.

Very nice and clean park that is very popular. The one thing that should be addressed is the snow plowing always puts snow in a parking space that is in the shade and takes forever to melt. Put in the snow down by the pavilion where the sunshine would melt it a lot faster. It shouldn’t be hard to figure that out!

We like to have playground hunt. The kids always have fun when we visit silo park! Small parking lot but there is a covered area for picnics etc. we most recently used it for family photos. Also they have great bathrooms as well.

Super cute park. It is tucked into a nice area with a little nature area. The kids loved the variety of things to do such as the climbing wall, ropes, and slides.
