Called just over 2 weeks ago to try and get help and had an appointment for yesterday. In the meantime, because I was under a shorter timeline to file for renewal of benefits for my mom, she said she’d elevate my request and the case manager would reach out. That never happened and then nobody called for my appointment yesterday. I had already filed because I had to but I still have questions I need answered. So I called and the guy saw I had an appointment and tried to reach out to the agent and I was told he was “unable to reach her” and so he escalated my case and assured me someone would call by end of day. Guess what….that never happened either. I don’t know exactly what all this company is supposed to help with as I was given their number by someone else but in my opinion they aren’t helpful at all. No way to run a business.

8/20/24 Update: They called me and set up another appointment. AGAIN nobody called me for my scheduled appointment. These people are useless.

I wanted to write a quick review to thank the Connect for Health assister Nicholas Cornejo who was a very major help in my first time ever applying for healthcare, he was incredibly friendly and intuitive in helping me figure out an issue I had where my application for insurance did not provide the low-income discounts I was ensured through "previews" of the application. As someone on the newer end to adulthood, it means the world that I was given so much help for an area of life as stressful as getting insurance.

I made my appointment first week of November for December 20, 2023. Phone call was due at 12:15 pm.
No one called.
When I called I got a very unorganized, not professional person asking me the same lame questions they asked 2 months prior to this call.
They then said they could get me in January 3rd. Now I'm screwed.

Called February 28th made an appointment to do taxes got an appointment for March 21st so I thought called to confirm day of and was told that they couldn't find it in the system. Was told that her supervisor would check into it and they would get back to me. Still waiting to hear back.

I gave it 3 stars due to the fact that they do deliver! But it wasn't even worth it! I wouldn't feed my dog the food they delivered! The whole box was half way full of fruit and veggies that were rotten! There was 3 single packages of instant oatmeal, a package of Ramon Noodles, small bag of rice, a couple of canned goods.
