Staff is fairly friendly at first glance but I was feeling unsafe and they completely disregarded it, sending me on my way without any real help or resources. Just a safety plan with zero to back it up.. I want to believe otherwise but It seems like people here don’t care and are only working for the paycheck.

We had a terrible experience with this place. I brought my family member in during a crisis and they did nothing to help. Despite the fact there were no other clients in the building we were left waiting for an hour in the waiting room, then in a room for another 30 minutes. We never received any actual help so we left. I would never recommend this place if you need actual help.

Everyone I met here, from the secretary to the therapists/ psychiatrist to the security guard was absolutely amazing. They all treated me with so much kindness and care and I got all the help I needed. I was able to speak to a therapist without feeling rushed and got the prescriptions I needed and referrals to follow up care. Thanks for all you do.

Come in suicidal and be told "I'm setting a 20 minute timer to talk to you" it takes more time to check in DO NOT GO HERE staff and supervisors only care about referring you to inpatient services
