I am a long term waitlister at Clermont Park. I am not ready to make a move at this time but have a progressive neurological disorder, ataxia, so wanted to start looking and get a feel for future living options. Being on the waitlist is a great experience because it allows me to meet the friendly residents here and participate in wonderful classes and activities. Good neighborhood and plenty of parking for the residents that reside here.

Reasonable rent prices, however some of the units are kinda small.

Free laundry 🧺 not a bad spot at all so check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa 👌🏾

Everything from staff to the room itself to the food were exceptional. Staff were so caring and attentive, the environment warm and welcoming, the PT and OT so thorough! I'd give them more stars if I could. Exceeded our expectations at every turn.

In the Spring of 2018 (after having life threatening situations happen at two separate Brookdale communities) we moved my Mother in law to Clermont Park as her condition was fragile and she was in need of Skilled Nursing. We were aware that we had a year or so left with her and wanted her to be in a calm, quiet and comfortable environment moving towards the end of her life.

The staff exceeded our expectations and were amazing and helpful. She enjoyed being there and a few staff members would frequently come and sit on her couch in her room and have lunch with her. More importantly for her, they were always there to help her with her favorite milkshake. 🙂

No senior living community is perfect and there were some issues, but Management always addressed them in a timely manner. It's always necessary for family to be present and involved in the care of their loved one, especially when they are in the care of others. We felt that the staff at Clermont Park appreciated our presence and that we were actively engaged in her care.

Our Mother in law passed away there peacefully surrounded by family in January 2019. Our only regret is that we didn't move her there sooner so she could have enjoyed more time there.

If you are considering moving a family member here, I would recommend Clermont Park without hesitation.

We moved to Clermont Park after recognizing the need to live in a more accessible space in a community which provides independent living, as well as potential resources for assisted living and/or skilled services. After touring several facilities, we settled on Clermont Park for all of the above reasons, in addition to being closer to family and our beloved church community. Once we came here, we have discovered what a friendly and inviting place it is! Our apartment reflects our past beautifully, and our neighbors and all of the staff here have become treasured and supportive in every way! Our standard poodle has been welcomed and fussed over by everyone, too! This is clearly the best new home we could have hoped for.

Marcie provided an on-site tour basic facilities first. Impressed with cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. A more thorough tour and room options & activities of the memory assisted living area where my husband would be placed. Appreciated the attention and greetings to residents as we passed. The facility is a warm, friendly and safe environment.
I will be following up with more questions and submitting waitlist agreement.

After we had to take the car away from my father he became bored, depressed , and his dementia progressed. We found the Claremont Day Program and signed him up . He loves it and is back to the active man he always has been . They provide stimulating, relevant , interesting and safe activities for his social, emotional , physical and spiritual well being . I know this program has added years to my fathers place on earth . He is 93 and can’t wait for the bus to pick him up to attend his day program . Thank you great staff!

Clermont is a caring community with excellent staff that provides an enriching home for my dad. There are activities that help him engage with other residents and help keep his mind active. We utilized the PT services within the facility after a surgery and it was nice not to have to drive for that service (plus Trina was excellent). Jennifer at the front desk is welcoming and informative. All the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Clermont
