The seal of the BBB essentially means nothing. They don’t hold companies that they put their seal on to any standards. They think letting a company like American Home Shield signing me up on fake yearly contracts is ok. What a joke and a trash process they have in determining wrongdoing by companies they supposedly vet. They spit on consumers don’t waste your time.

This BBB believe the business owner over me. When I complained about their employee at southeast restoration of being rude against me. But lied to the manager that I was being irate and rude toward her. The BBB is only helping cause more wounds to customers. By helping local businesses abuse customers.
