We got married at the Eagle Vail Pavilion in August 2024. It was a bit difficult to initially get in contact with the staff, but we eventually got everything booked. This venue is truly a blank slate for whatever you want your wedding to look like, and it allows for a great deal of creativity and freedom in choosing your vendors. The pond, deck, and florals were so pretty, and the tables and chairs were all in great condition. The catering kitchen was super useful for our caterers, as well as for storing alcohol and cakes for dessert. For being in the Vail Valley, this venue is very affordable, but do keep in mind that it doesn't include as much as other venues do. Additionally, there was plenty of parking for our 60 guests on a Sunday. We had our ceremony elsewhere, but the lawn was beautiful and great for games. While the pavilion is already good, some small changes could make it even better. For one, the pavilion should invest in some cocktail tables - we had to rent them and I'm sure that almost every other wedding also rents them. It would also be great if they purchased a bar, as we also needed to rent one. Just a few suggestions that could make a big difference for those that are holding their events here!

Hosted a pre-wedding event here and it was amazing! All of our guests loved the space. The kitchen space was big enough for our catering team. Also, there was a bar area as well. The deck was our favorite part!

Loved this Pavilion as a wedding venue! Great lawn for a ceremony and the pavilion makes for a great indoor/outdoor reception. Not too many mountain views, but a little bit! Cute pond with water fountain right outside the building. Nice park like setting.

EagleVail Pavilion was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! We planned and re-planned our wedding a few times during the pandemic, and we finally landed on the EagleVail Pavilion which easily flexes to accommodate a large or small guest count. Our final guest count was 40 people, and we used two long banquet tables for the reception seating. We had our ceremony outdoors on the grass. Shaun Histed, the pavilion events manager, was so easy to work with, quick to respond via email or phone, kind and helpful when other vendors fell through. We adored working with her! The pavilion itself is absolutely gorgeous during the summer, with huge potted plants on the deck and the beautiful Colorado sunsets. Highly recommend this venue - and the price can't be beat!!!
