A place to stay while your loved ones are in the hospital. You have to be recommended by the hospital and pass a background check.

Had an 8 day stay here while our daughter was in the NICU. They made us feel so very welcomed, and it lessened the burden of our circumstances. We will be forever thankful for this organization!

The Ronald McDonald House provided our family with a place to stay while our baby was in NICU. In a time fraught with uncertainty and stress, the RMH allows parents to be close to their children and have a place to stay. The RMH provides for the parents of children in the NICU: a room for sleeping; nutritious, plentiful food provided by groups of dedicated volunteers; washer & drier; commercial refrigerator for storing milk to be taken to the baby; friendly, helpful staff. All of this is provided at no charge. The next time you visit a McDonald’s and see the collection box for the Ronald McDonald House, drop in your change. You’ll be helping parents of a child in critical care. Thank you Ronald McDonald House for all you do.

Me and my wife were staying there and family showed up after 9 we didnt kno they wasn't suposed to be there our son is 4 days old only 6lbs in the NICU and the staff confronted me in the kitchen and told me that no one is allowed on 2nd floor and that noone is allowed there after 9pm I then said ok maam I completely understand and I apologized to them and also told my family to leave and the staff said no it's ok they can stay seeing that we all was going to see my son @ 11pm ok so then the staff said it's ok we just wanted you to kno its not allowed I said ok np wont happen agian they said ok well the next morning we left taking care of personal matter for our new born son and we had came back to the Ronald McDonald house at 4:30pm where they had packed up all our stuff in trash bags and also left a threatening voicemail on my wife's phone stating that they called the hospital and everything trying to reach us then the director renee told me the staff said that I was very disrespectful and that I was rude to everyone when let me just say I kept to myself as well as my family we have alot more going on and this house and staff are very racially profiled and very disrespectful as they were lastnight this house is a disgrace to the city and also not at all caring for those on horrible situations!!
