Such a very sweet space. I ski for brain rehab and am an advocate for my tribe. I am visiting Aspen and have practiced Kundalini Yoga for a very long time. I had a lovely class with a Charlotte, and I felt welcome, held and accepted. The tea ceremony is a nice community building touch. For me that’s why yoga is so vital for brain recovery and if I was Glenwood Springs, this would be my home studio. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Got to take a lovely morning class with Jennifer. My home studio Pilates teacher in Grass Valley always teases me that I blurt out “heart opener” which is not what Pilates is about. I did the same in her class and she did one of the most lovely heart openers series on the fly. She also spent 20 minutes talking about brain injuries listening to my story and talking about her work with women who suffered brain injury due to DV. Purchased a ticket for her sound healing. Such warmth and acceptance.

I loooooove this place. It's all-levels and focuses on well-being and the power of yoga and mindful movement more than working towards an aesthetic pose. The Yoga Collective is absolutely amazing! The instructors are super knowledgeable and gifted and kind; I am in my fourth month and I love the way that it makes me feel. The Kundalini classes with Kelsey are truly special and enervating!

The Yoga Collective website and app has made adding yoga classes to my busy schedule a breeze. I have enjoyed Jennifer's Friday mornings in the park classes through July..and Whitney's well being classes in the studio. Plenty of parking available, so glad that GWS has a great yoga studio🙏🏼!
