We visited their first ever Sale in Tampa and traded in our current piano for another Grand Piano (Yamaha G3) back in 2023. Hale Ryan helped us through the process. He was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. However, we had some issues with it initially, so we were a bit skeptical at the time as we were told it was fully refurbished. Rockley Foundation was very responsive and found somebody locally to come over multiple times to fix all the issues. It turned out to be a great family piano for our daily use. We enjoyed playing it for couple of years and then we happened to go to another one of their sales just to see if they had anything else we might be interested in. We met Hale once again and he was very professional as always and we leaned up on his knowledge and expertise. We ended up trading in our Piano and upgraded to a Steinway Model-3. We were able to do a 0% financing and these are partially tax deductible as it is considered a cash donation to the foundation that donates to the music programs of the universities they partner with. My overall experience has been very positive and certainly recommend Rockley Foundation if you are looking for a Piano.

Highly recommend NOT TO buy from these people. Not a bad piano. A bit pricey for the actual quality. But the service is what is probably the worst and most degrading in the trade. They never returned my calls and we're just about impossible to get out to do the work. They had to fix a brand new piano that I bought from them, but it had a flaw. When they finally did show up they fixed the issue only partially, said they'll be back and never even called. I let it at that. Recently I called to schedule a simple tuning and to follow up with the issue, they took my call said they'd call back and of course never did. Too busy to even call!!? Bad feeling. Insulting to say the least. I am positive I am not the only one who had a similar experience.

The Rockley Family Foundation is a great organization that supports music education. The instruments are top quality and the customer service is superb. I highly recommend buying a piano or violin at one of their events not only will you get a good price but you'll also be helping the schools music program.
