Had Amy Miller and Lydia Gerkowski both provide me a P. O. Box mailing address that turned out to be bogus and mail was return by USPS. 30 APR 2016--Just discovered that Ch. Justice Rice through her Admin spokesperson, Terri Morrison, is promoting D.V. by refusing to order all 22 Judicial Districts to report cases within 30 days. John Camper-C.B.I. Director validated severe delayed (over 7 tears) reporting to the CCIC by the 11th Judicial District.
