I love what the DDA has done for Greeley. Friday Fest is one of the very best things that happens in Northern Colorado. If you haven't experienced it yet, it is amazing. The DDA worked hard and is working hard to keep that a premier Northern Colorado event. Greeley is a great town that doesn't always get credit for being fantastic and the DDA has a lot to do with it.

Downtown Greeley is a regional treasure! From the music and theatrical contributions of the Union Colony Civic Center to the Arts Picnic, Greeley always has something going on downtown...from Friday Fests during the summer months to the Festival of Trees and the Parade of Lights during the holidays. There are many wonderful places to shop and to dine. From striking sculptures to incredible paintings on the sides of downtown buildings, visual art highlights the skill and talent of local artists. The Greeley Creative District does a phenomenal job of celebrating the arts in Greeley. The Downtown Development Authority has done a remarkable of revitalizing our downtown in the last few years. Downtown Greeley has truly become a destination in our community and in Northern Colorado.

What an amazing organization that Greeley is truly blessed to have! The Greeley DDA gives back to the community through a myriad of ways, whether it be the fun events it hosts such as Oktobrewfest or Friday Fest, to the financial support it offers downtown businesses in time of need and improvement, the DDA is always there to serve others in any capacity it can. The staff is professional, thoughtful, and some of the most hard-working and caring individuals you will meet! Downtown Greeley is definitely the place to be!

As a mom of 5, and resident of Greeley, who lives within walking distance of downtown, I am here to tell you that my family actively carves out time to be at downtown restaurants, shops, and events. I've never encountered a business owner (or patron, for that matter) who did not genuinely appreciate the gem that downtown is. Downtown Greeley is an awesome place to hang out! There is something for everyone. The shops and restaurants offer so much variety. I can’t pick just one place. You must experience downtown Greeley yourself!
