I will give them credit for communicating with me promptly to get an intake appt scheduled, however during this intake it was mainly me explaining what I need help with and the person basically saying something like “I don’t know what you expect us to do about it” “we can’t” seems to be somewhat of a motto or slogan how many times this or something similar was said. I doubled down biting my tongue to some extent letting the person know I had no intention of coming down here for handholding or legal type help. I just need assistance trying to advocate and communicate my sons needs effectively while Adams 14 the arc of Colorado Rocky Mountain human services prove themselves useless I struggle to find ways to make sure my child’s need are met and you had me take off a morning of work driving across town and taking up an hour of my time with this “can’t do” attitude and dialogue. I finally had enough of being told what I can’t be helped with while getting minimal information I got up and walked out in the middle of heath talking to me just the same as when he got up and walked away from me as I was trying to explain the multiple serious reasons we need any possible help we can obtain….huge waste of time and also not sure why they would pretend to be so nice and helpful over the phone then have an attitude as if I’m wasting their time or bothering them. I told them I had no more time for this and had to be at work thanked them for their time and told them I appreciated them meeting with me as I walked away…. I received a call while I was at work from someone else there trying to schedule some other type of appointment unbelievable imo

My name is Steven Hernandez and I live in apartment unit of-;402#-- and now I getting toxic chemicals in my heater furnace making it smell very badly by the wire tapping device people here and making unsafe to live here and the gang stockers watching me through my television set and listening to me as well -!! In the front of the building here -!! Threatening me by yelling towards my apartment unit up here-!! Making the roof top with hot fire coming out-!!! well hello there this is Steven Hernandez once again and my apartment unit is being wire tapping into and all appliances as well because I am transgeder female person and a hate crime towards me also perpetrate me of identity theft and thinking what I am doing this wire tapping devises which I am not at all --!! having vehicles drive by my apartment unit --!! stocking me --!!! as gange stockers whom want to hate because I am transger female person for months now that this been going on -!! I am not committing no crimes at all -!!

This company sucks!!!! I've left over 10 voice mails to have someone call me. NEVER a return email or call. And the people I have talked to are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! You'd be better off working with a dog over this so called company that helps people with disabilities. What a joke!!!!!

I did not have no lights in my bathroom all weekend..,
So this Morning Monday October 30th
I waited for the office to open and I went and I told our manager La Rhonda that I didn’t have no lights she was more than willing to come up and help me with that & with a smile .
That was great Customer service so thank you LaRhonda .

Atlantis Community owns garages near where I live. These garages have been taken over by non residents and have been becoming increasingly more dangerous. This has been an ongoing issue for over 6 months and they have done nothing to better the situation or provide any answers. These garages now have around a dozen people living in them. They have even been openly selling and using drugs in these garages.

There are constant noise complaints, drug use, and now violence. Someone was shot last week in front of these garages.

I've continued to call and ask for updates and haven't been provided any real answers on how they plan to address these issues.

I'm sure they'd be a little more motivated to resolve this if they had to live right next to this every day.

All I can say for the folks at Atlantis is that you should be ashamed in how you've handled this situation.

I have been working with a couple people at Atlantis. I was referred to Atlantis through my Health care facility. I qualified for a Housing Choice Voucher. I've been waiting for almost two years to receive my . voucher. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this issue?

HORRIBLE, rude, mean to seniors & disabled. Had 3 specialist & ALL kept ghostings my appointments every time. No show, stands you up, lies. They do NOT help! They never did anything at all. Just lied for 6 months! BEWARE.
