I would love to give Habitat 5 stars because I do like the store and have bought quite a few items there. However, I was very disappointed to pay $30 for delivery of a dining table, only to find when the delivery people got here that they would not deliver the table inside my home. Nor would they take it up four steps to leave it outside my door where I would be able to pull it inside. In fact, they didn't even take it to the bottom of the steps but left it on the far side of my driveway. I wasn't told when I paid for delivery that they would not come into my home (I assume because of COVID) or wouldn't go up steps. If I had known this important detail, I would have hired moving people to pick up the table from Habitat and move it to my home. Now I'm stuck. I'm new to the area and have no one available to help me. The delivery guy told me the woman who arranged for the delivery should have told me. Yes, she should have. Gosh, I could have loaded the table into my SUV and got it this far without paying $30. So, so disappointed!

I have shopped at the Loveland store for 20 years, today I left the store because of the disgusting profane music that was being played. I asked an employee about it and they said they can not do anything, I left. The song was Because I got high. And I can not say the words because they were so
Filthy. Please change the music, there were children, older men and women and people like myself trying to shop.

Tried to donate i uploaded images...all of the furniture was approved...we moved it all out to the road as directed and they left a message saying not accepted. I get they needed to approve it but they should have looked at the pictures. For a faith based organization they gave no personal ethics

I used to volunteer here when I was younger, everything was awesome then but now I feel their prices are a bit 'greedy' for being what they are. I visited here this past week and witnessed so much complaining.

After finding a ride to get there from out of town to try and find a few things needed to get by DOORS WERE LOCKED! It was a freaking Tuesday and even the sign said they were open almost an hour before I got there. And only 10 customers inside at a time with masks. BUT NO CUSTOMERS OR EMPLOYEES WERE THERE!!!
