Their communication is seriously lacking; they often make statements without any follow-up. This raises significant concerns, especially considering the vulnerable group of people they care for.

Their staff is very rude, I work with a group of adults with disabilities, today the 26th of September we went to a wendys on chelton and academy, this staff member allowed her adults to cut in line without apologizing to other individuals. She said "they're with me" when they came in after my individuals. Then the driver of the respect bus came in and cut everyone to get a drink.

These women thought they were better than everyone else and being disrespectful towards other human beings is not okay. You're teaching clients it's okay to be rude and cut infront of other people. I believe you should not teach bad things to individuals because then they have no respect.

zero stars if possible - appalling! Their bus drivers are just as bad.

If I had people who needed transportation, I wouldn't trust this company. Especially since they like to hit personal property. Imagine if your loved one was in a real accident on the road instead of a parking lot. The driver would deny involvement and you would be stuck cleaning up the mess that is left since, because he said it wasn't him and you weren't there to witness it, the incident technically didn't happen.

The drivers have no regard for anyone else on the road. And good luck getting them to admit that they hit your PARKED CAR. If you weren't in the car as it happened and capture the incident on HD camera...it didn't happen. And, because their driver said it didn't happen, that must be what happened. My car just likes to get beat up by nothing all day. And when I come out from work, it couldn't possibly be that bus that is parked next to my car.
