Stellar Care currently has the top-notch Day Program out of all of them all. I personally have been in this business for more than 24 years and have experience with day programs and Residential programs for over 15. Since Covid I have witnessed an extreme downfall in both. I currently am a host home provider with Stellar Care, and they do not disappoint, they are the best team to work with and support me as I work hard to keep my PRS to be accountable and work on being the best versions of themselves they can be, the staff at Stellar Care work hard to support me in every way possible with me and my PRS goals. Stellar Cares Day Program is top notch and right now have some of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The staff really care about each need of each PRS in service and keep all of them active. I love this day program!!The best of the best Staff Day Program Management team Matao and Nicole and the best of the Residential staff Rebecca!! The absolute best Director Jennifer!! They are truly what this business is all about!!

This place is definitely great to work, but not much for teamwork. I got let go for no reason other than helping out another dsp. My group was all set and with other DSP's when I seen a dsp struggling with an individual and I helped out and got let go for that at 5p.m. that night. I did so much for the company and helped out so many DSP'S I can't have any contact with any prs because stellar care calls my current job and says "she's poaching our clients" and still comes after me when they let me go back in October. I would recommend this place if you want to be alone and not a team player. I do also have proof!

I have a family member, just barely 18, who made the choice to transfer to this company on her own. Since doing so, she has been assaulted, stopped attending necessary therapy services, had medical bills go into collections and with in a month has met a boy and decided to get married and have a baby. She is mentally no older than 14. This company has ignored phone messages and refused communication in regards to these concerning sudden changes since becoming a client. We aren't even positive she is still on her required medications. So far, my cousin is a pay day and is not being properly advocated for.

I had previously given them 5 stars when they were ran professionally by another Director. Since then, they replaced her with someone less professional, and one of the owners (P.S.) doesn't keep his word.

I speak on two levels... As a Host Home Provider (7+ years strong), not quite a professional, but more up that way, I can tell you I've seen shady dealings going on with this PASA Agency. They will drop clients off at your home, then when you agree to do "respite" they'll just leave them there and tell you they have no place else for them. This has caused me serious issues with QET, bc they were the agency with a 3rd person in my home, and they knew that.

Next, my brother is a client there, and he's been neglected by them in his care needs. He's court ordered for certain things to not happen, and they tease him by giving him access right in their office. Mental Abuse much? Then, despite his supervision level in his service plan, they don't supervise at the Day Program level allowing him to go off and access the stuff he's not allowed to have. They hadn't been to several of his court dates, either showing up after it was over or just not showing up at all.

They don't take any accountability for their lack of professionalism, and I'm sure these aren't the only cases of such.

There are more professional residential agencies & day programs out there for people who need services. Ones that don't get investigated on a regular basis!

iam a client with stellar care and they are the best agency that i have had the boss that hannah yahlich is talking about in her post is all lies the boss is a amazing lady and she is very good at her job and the best boss every to work for. she goes out of her way to show that her clients do a excellant job.
as for hannah yahlich post none of the stuff she said is true, she is lying and she was my mentor for awhile and i made the decission to let her go as my mentor, and also like everybody to know she is a liar and she was un grateful when the agency let her use the company car and was un grateful too and when she return the car, there was beer cans in there and also she stole money from me and it was my disability money that i use to go out for lunch and she also had stolen money from other disability clients too and then she blame a client for taking it. the reason she wrote such a bad post about this agency is she is upset with them because she never got a certificate that she was supposed to get and thats why she is putting this agency down. please dont believe any thing this lady says about the agency. it the best agency i have every had. thanks
