Western pediatrics clinic sent me to hilltop just to get an application and when I got there with my two year old daughter, the Front desk Laurie or Laura was very rude. She asked me if I had an appointment I said no and I was about to ask her for just an application, but she kept interrupting me and telling me that they do not take walk-ins so they can not help me and I asked her if I can just speak with someone else and she said no that she’s the only one that can “help me” after all the back and fourth discussion, I felt so uncomfortable (almost wanted to cry) I was just only trying to get an application to get insurance for my little girl…finally after the front desk sent me someone else, Nora right away gave me an application… that’s all I needed, but now I don’t think I feel comfortable coming back to this place after this incident.. hope this helps others, don’t go if you don’t have an appointment they won’t help you🤦🏽‍♀️

Went there for help. Thought everything was good, just to be ignored. When you call, you get ignored. They called 1 month later to see if I needed help, then Ignored me for another month. Not sure if its because Im a straight,white,male or if goes beyond that. Id avoid this place, not worth the effort to be ignored professionally

I truly cannot say enough good when it comes to this facility. My son received so much help we were truly blessed. From the school to the counseling and therapies our whole family received. The whole team at hilltop has done an incredible job for us. Thank you again to our whole team from the very beginning. You have definitely guided us and continue to support us in all the right directions I seriously don't know where our family would be today without you guys. Thank you again the lang family.

This "Family resource center" is a joke. What kind of business are you running? When you pay for a visit to see your children and get left in a room just to find the entire building empty after waiting over half an hour with absolutely no information or regard for anyone's time/money!? How dare you! You will be reported if you don't get your act together. This is a business to reunite/connect families, so it needs to be treated as such.

Their new policy where they refuse to answer the phone is a little ridiculous. I’m not sure why I’m out here calling a family resource center eight times a day like a sucker and not even getting a call back let alone them actually picking up the phone.

Completely ignore their response. The number they gave is the number I call. Someone answers the phone just to direct you to another answering machine. Do better.

After hours of calling and days of waiting I finally managed to schedule an appointment. They will help you out but buckle up. It’s gonna be one hell of an uphill battle.

DON'T GO HERE. THEY'RE A SCAM!!
I went here months ago to apply for Medicaid.
I sat at the desk of Sally and she "helped" me "apply for Medicaid". She asked me many questions about medical, and I answered them. I gave a lot of my information INCLUDING MY SOCIAL SECURITY.
Now, it turns out I NEVER applied for Medicaid, and for some reason got applied for food stamps—which I already have. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. SALLY NEEDS TO BE JAILED.

The staff are awesome; so friendly and helpful, especially Jeromy during my visitations with my son… I’m a new mother and he’s helped immensely with advice and some helpful tips for parenting. Really appreciate that, and the front desk is always greeting me with a smile and remember my name. I love this place and all the people I’ve met are fantastic.

Great place to reintergrate with your children. The staff is always friendly and supportive. They have a park so your little ones can play outside and the rooms offer privacy as well as toys.
