Super efficient unloading(total of around 30min). They don't receive before business hours so don't try. Can get there early but no parking on site so call before getting there too early.

Everyone I inter acted with was very friendly.

Huge area to maneuver and back into the loading docks. 6 total dock doors and 2 more that can give access to the storage area. My guess is for lift gate delivery trucks, but I'm not sure.

Gave me a door and started to unload my trailer straight away, even though I was almost 3 hours early for my appointment time. Unload took only 15 min after I got backed in.

Definitely on the go back to list!!

The food bank may be doing wonderful work for people in need, but the operation and management has been inconsiderate and a nuisance to all of the neighbors that are misfortune enough of living near the warehouse. The warehouse generates a large volume of truck traffic with donations that is being received through trucking companies that have no respect for the truck route through Palisade. Large class A trucks (semi-trucks) with diesel powered refrigeration units frequently travel through town on streets clearly marked "NO TRUCKS" and have caused several instances of property damage to the residential properties surrounding the food bank. These same trucks frequently park overnight on the food bank property with tractor and refrigeration units running all night despite signs posted on the property prohibiting overnight parking, and town ordnance that prohibits overnight truck parking on the property. The management refuses to do anything to ameliorate these problems by doing something as simple as blocking the entrance to the property with their own trucks after business hours. This has been a problem that has gone on for 7 years. I have even caught trucks owned and operated by the food bank driving through my yard and a tree on my property without so much as an apology from anyone at the food bank. The management at the warehouse and the executive staff in Denver could care less about trying to deal with these problems. They feel that their work justifies the abuse the residents that live next to the warehouse must endure.
