I'm a Host Home Provider and recently moved to the area with the person that I serve. We found Spectrum through an open house they hosted. It turned out to be a great fit for the person I serve and it's been a great experience. I feel like it's due to both the management and the personal facilitators being focused on providing a "full" experience for this diverse community in a real and personal way. I'm very grateful to have found them so quickly, and the person who I host is obviously very happy too. He's getting so much out of it. It's been a great experience so far.

When I was a client here and I fired them and they tried to strong arm me into rehireing them Sonja and Mario and Orlando they held me in Orlando's office for 45 minutes blocking the door not letting me go so tell this is where you want your loved ones I'd suggest abacus services caution spectrum community services explains their negative reviews away I even heard it from Orlando's mouth in office

They aren't able to cover all the services they say they do. They treat clients and employees like numbers, not individuals. They do unethical and illegal practices within their company that negatively effects both clients and employees. They do not have a Class B license yet still serve clients who require it. I would not recommend using their services or being employed by them.
