I have seen Erica for almost 4 years, initially for a tbi and ongoing neck stuff, and most recently for sacral issues and problems sitting for too long. she is, without a doubt, the most intuitive person to ever have treated my body. she does a next level job of listening to what your body is saying to her, balancing that with what you have come to her for, and what she thinks might help you the most. she was the only person that was able to treat my tbi headache, and it had been sustained for 3 months by that point. Erica has a sixth sense for helping people whether it's muscle work, needling, cupping or even talk therapy and she is truly a gift: go see her for what ails you, you will not regret it!!!

Erica has been extremely helpful through different periods and phases of my life. She has always treated my areas of pain and issue with a professional and empathic…and most importantly, effective approach. She does a lot of manual work and I feel heard…and it is the first time in my life I have seen real progress from PT. She has given me appropriate home exercises that are realistic and feasible as a mom of two and business owner. Could not recommend her enough - the entire office has a great, welcoming energy which is important. Most people going to PT are already in some sort of pain, which makes me a bit irritable (unfortunately) so nice to be in a kind environment.
