Update it's now 12:34 am and it's still as bright as sunset in our cabin.
Neighbors yard lights will keep you awake all night.
I'm posting this at 11:40 pm on the 15th of February and it's as bright as as it was at 4 pm in our cabin.
I called the after hours number and nothing.
So if you're looking for a quiet VERY BRIGHT stay then yeah come here.
If you're liking for a quite restful stay I wouldn't recommend it.

We are some Denver investors looking for a new vacation property to purchase in the Granby area. We had seen the ads for Sun Outdoors and decided to try a long weekend on the property to experience it. We were sorely disappointed.

Check in was strange with no clear instructions on where to go. We got into the rental in the late afternoon to find the bunk beds missing comforters, no ice, no garage disposal, and generally poor heating and insulation in the small cabin. The weather was very cold, and our cabin freezing most nights.

We decided to shake off these short comings and go to the bar/ restaurant (Summit Bar and Grill) on the property to watch the Broncos game and try out the mini bowling. Apparently the bar didn’t have the ability to play the game that was on CBS. The mini bowling required purchasing a game card from a machine that needed to be rebooted a few times. The staff was ok not particularly helpful but not unkind.

We ended up ending our trip a day early because of these issues and will not be returning. Needless to say, we will not be investing in this property either.

Apparently this property is more summer oriented, which was clear to us because of the clear lack of proper management in the winter.

We love this place! It is the perfect getaway from the city we need every now and again. The cabins are so nice and come with their own grill, fire pit, picnic table and a spacious patio to relax on. We try to rent a golf cart to make it easier for us to go to the pool and back but if they are available for whatever reason we bring our electric scooters. The best part is that the cabins are pet friendly so we can bring our fur babies along with us. Our family has been vacationing here at least once every summer for the past few years and we will always love it!

We stayed here in our RV. It's large, beautiful and clean sites. It's laid out a little odd, I would highly recommend you rent a golf cart because this place is huge. They only have one laundry facility and it's at one end of the resort, any other buildings are at the other end. I was surprised that the camp store was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays when there's hundreds of RVs in the park. Other than that it's a beautiful park, it has pickleball tennis a nice playground for kids, a bar a pool and probably more.

Really perfect location to host a conference. I opted to camp out with my little off grid trailer. Very clean surprised there was only one showe toileting facility for the whole camp ground but I was lucky to be next to it. More shelving is needed in the showers as there was no furniture or shelving to set your items except for one narrow shelf right over the toilet 😒. Prices for a camper spot were really really high! $80 per night when I didn't even use the water, sewer or electrical hookups as I have an off grid vintage camper. It was pretty unreasonable, but I can't complain about the views or the cleanliness of the campsites. Will return next year but will stay in one of their tiny homes instead.

This RV Resort is the real deal. Every amenity imaginable (and the price reflects it) in a great location to visit RMNP. We didn’t use any of the amenities as we spent everyday in the park. The sites are beautiful with ample space. Nice dog park which we did use. We travel all over the country and this was definitely one of the nicest parks we’ve ever stayed in. It’s huge and no matter how you chose to stay (RV, cabin, covered wagon) they have an option available.

Stayed at this amazing Campground resort for almost a month and absolutely loved it! The amenities were amazing and so much fun to have on site. I work remotely and get to play on the weekends hiking. The wifi was great even with video calls all day. I have never stayed at a campground like this before. Holy buckets did you all set the bar high! Will definitely see you next year.

We stayed after labor day along with 2 rally groups so the park was packed. It seemed like the cut back in staff occurred even though there were mobs of people. It is a beautiful park but we would put our garbage out 1 hour before pick up time and we still had to walk it to the bins 4-5 hours later. Maintenance said they were short staff and didn't have time. Only 1 restaurant open and we couldn't get burgers because the grill wasn't working but if we waited 1 hour until the game we could get them then? Makes no sense. Tried buying gifts at the general store but pickings were slim. I guess if you're spending time at the park after labor day don't expect the same attention and amenities.
