I am very grateful for Dr. Chris and her team. I don't know of any doctor that is as easily accessible and as helpful as Dr. Chris. On our first visit she gave us her cell phone number and told us to reach out anytime we needed and she really meant it! We recently called her for help after hours with our newborn and she assessed the situation over the phone and helped us avoid an ER visit. I am incredibly grateful for her dedication and her genuine care for her patients. THANK YOU 🙂

Our family is so appreciative of the time and effort that this facility has given to my son over the years literally the best in five counties we used to travel all the way over from Leadville to use this facility. The doctors are being trained by one of the best pediatricians in her field, she cares about the Community there is always someone there that speak Spanish in case you do. We are going on over 12 years and now that he is 18 they do adult care as well at this facility.

We thought having our adult primary care at the same clinic as our son's pediatrician would be a positive benefit. It was great in the first 2 or so years until it wasn't since we've had turn over after turn over in provider and now the clinic only has a provider one day a week for adults. It has left us in a dangerous situation where my husband can't get an appointment or at least a refill to buy time to find a new doctor to get his essential medication refilled and we are now left in a situation where if we don't find a new doctor in time, my husband could have a serious medical emergency. This isn't the first time where the lack of consistent care has provided challenges in our medical care but this is the most serious. I would definitely think twice before moving your adult primary care to Ebert Family Clinic.

The Ebert Family Clinic has been very helpful in working with my allergy clinic at home to make this happen. They have been very caring and responsive in administering my shots. My 18-year old daughter and I were in Frisco this week for some spring break skiing, and my daughter developed pretty severe altitude sickness. She was having a lot of difficulty breathing and felt horrible. When I called the clinic and told them what was happening they set up an appointment immediately. They were so kind and my daughter and I both felt so much better after they treated her! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, they basically saved our vacation!!

While on vacation in Frisco, our 6 month old daughter woke up from a nap throwing up and very lethargic. She was throwing up every 5 minutes and was eventually throwing up bile. We called Dr. Ebert-Santos and she got us in 30 mins later. She and her staff were very kind and caring. Gave us her card and told us to call if her condition worsened or if worried at all. I’d definitely recommend her and go back. Thank you so much Doctor! for seeing us.
