Great stay and experience. Room 3519 in Fraser Crossing. Had both a bedroom with queen bed and a Murphy Bed in the living room so everyone could have a great night sleep. Very good condition, 2 minute walk from Gondola to the Fraser entrance. Perfect location and amenities in the room. The staff was extremely responsive by text - any questions, just send a text to the front desk number and response usually within minutes. Setup parking ahead of time with their instructions and parking is simple (but tight).

Place is great, just pissed they hired “chuck and a truck” to build their new hot tub. Last few times we booked it wasn’t working, we weren’t going to book again until it was running, they announced it was back in service, after a year someone people said, so we booked again. The brand new hot tub was working when we checked in, went down to finally use it and it’s shut down again for who knows how long!? Is anyone from the HOA actively managing this situation? Ha you should see the guys they hired to work on/build this thing

It can be a bit confusing when checking in. Not a lot of signs or markings for what each building is and which number the building is. 4455 All dishes were dirty, coffee machine dirty, coffee pot was dirty. Not sure if clean and just stained, but to me seemed unacceptable for a place like this. Lots of hot water so that is good. Tub drained very poorly though. 2 showers in the 1 bathroom which was interesting.

This was my first trip here with the family. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I did the online check-in and unfortunately couldn't find our room due to the numbering system for our room reservation. The staff helped me out, and we were able to find the room easily after that.

The only downside was the off-season construction for the public terrace at our condominium.

A very bad place to stay at , bad customer service. The door in the rooms dont even lock , the front office wont do anything about it. No towels in the room at all. Stains on the bed sheets. Just a disgusting place to stay at.

Doesn’t say they don’t have AC in rooms until you get there. It is cool outside but even with windows open the room stayed in the 80s. The beds were AWFUL and need to be replaced. It is a condo and at least has a small stovetop and a couch. The parking was free in the summer which was appreciated.

First the pluses. Close to the ski area. Approximately a 3-5 minute walk to the lifts. If you snag a discount on the condo units ( at least 30%) , it is more reasonable than resorts such as Vail or Snowmass. Mary Jane ski area is very good and merits at least a day trip. Now for the demerits. The management takes almost no responsibility for the morass that is the attached and only parking. Entering or leaving the garage is a time consuming nightmare. The property is dirty and except for the ski lockers on the ground floor, there is no place to change your clothes if you wish to continue to ski after the 10am checkout. The condo unit has almost no storage for ski clothes. Best to live out of your suitcase or better yet, stop off to ski Mary Jane and go to the other ski resorts nearby.

The staff at the front desk were amazing [and just for reference, if you are staying at Founders Point, you check in a Zephyr]. The rooms have no AC, so it was extremely hot when we arrived and didn't cool off until the next day, even with the disgustingly dirty fan in the window. Bed was not comfortable, huge dip in the middle of bed, but otherwise room was clean, nice.
