Last year I purchased a mystery bag here & was really happy with it. Picking it out and opening it was really fun! I’m only in town once a year, and I was actively looking forward to my next mystery package. I splurge on the $100, and it’s embarrassingly awful. I received a tacky scoobie doo bong. The design was even faded, and as you can see in the photo, as sticker is stuck on it!

It also contained this gag gift that is useless. Coffee and flower taste bad together. This is a waste of space. There was a random floatie toy that had nothing to do with flower. It had a $7 price tag still on it. I feel like everything in this bag wasn’t even the equivalent of $100. I wasted my money and am really disappointed. I loved coming here when I’m in town, but they just burned me. I wish I could get my money back or at least a partial refund. There’s not a single thing in this bag that’s useable.

New update:
I've spent a ridiculous amount of money here in the last decade. I'm done. No more one love for me.
Store has no accountability. Bags that are supposed to be vacuum sealed have holes in them and this doesn't happen at Loveland location but employees act like you are a burden if you try to talk to them about spending 200 dollars on product that is stale and bad. Employees need training on customer retention. Complete lack of accountability today and putting it back on me to call back when manager may or may not be in. Do yourself the favor and support another shop. They don't deserve your business.

I am quite pleased with my experience here. I purchased a product for a very fair $23, and when I brought it home I found it not to work properly. I returned immediately and the kind ladies exchanged it without question and told me to return if I had the same issue. The new item works exceptionally well, and for the price it's an amazing bargain. Five stars for excellent customer service, a great price, and seemingly solid product. Cheers!

I really like this place. There is a wide variety of goods. They have a huge kratom selection and you get what you pay for. They've never been out of stock when I go in and they've sold me products for great prices. The mini backpacks are very cute.

So I am in this shop roughly once a month buying various tools for my Colorado life clutch. The store is organized and clean, nice lighting. The prices are decent on overall everything. I’m going to write two stars for two reasons. 1. I walked inside the store down the stairs, around the corner and close to the Hookah rigs and attachments, noticing a marijuana smell coming from behind the corner. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. If you want to say that some other smell. It’s cool, I can tell by looking at the employees very red eyes while in the store. I need to have an attentive associate free of substances when trying to sell me a product that I already have come in with prior knowledge to discuss. 2. The customer service really depends on who you get. There is a male manager who is really nice and knowledgeable about the product. The other associates in the store have really not given me a solid good experience. They are very strict on return policy but will carelessly sell you a product without making sure it works first. Seems sketchy to me. Not sure if I will return. Many smoke shops in Fort Collins to attract business elsewhere without loss of professional business practice.

If I can give no stars I would they messed up saying that the piece I got was right it didn’t fit my rig so I go back to the store and explain what happened they don’t do refunds or exchanges even though the tag was there still and not used I wasted money and they did nothing to make up for there mistake I’m going to tell everyone I know never to go to this store EVER!!!!!! They just like to take peoples money
