one of the worst and most demoralizing and unprofessional places I have even remotely tried to receive assistance from from the staff after lunch continuing their gossip session to one of the two hispanic ladies rude comments and actions of asking a good distance from their window if i have a question? I said no not really but if your asking I want to know about an immediate housing opportunity and why Shanna is taking so long to approve the $80.00 for my fed/med card renewable every 2-years is not process yet at concentra health care where I am to go to have the test completed. Then, I basically get escorted out by a tall housing dude some maintenace guy, and the security gaurd and later returning the next day with arandom stranger from the hospital via way of the fort collins transportation center i physically take in her wheel chair all to sign a document because someone pulled out of their backside to be gone for 51-days absolutely ludicris!!!!!!!

Many community services and resources available in this one place. Many very helpful people working together at the center to help those in need. Referrals to other resources that may not be available at that location as well.

They perform a task that is emotionally, physically, and spiritually draining on the giver, as well as, the receiver. Oftentimes, it's hard to do with a smile on everyones faces. They're in the business of directing the desperate and needy in the direction that suits the individuals needs. Sometimes it's not a fit. Everyone finds what they need at the Murphy Center. Thank you Jackie and Crew for loving the unlovable and guiding the misdirected. ~Jimmy

The staff is fantastic!! The homeless are out of control and need a mandatory shelter for them to be at 5pm! The north side of town has a lot of crime!!!

This is my choice for local donations. While donation hours are very limited, the process is very easy. Just pull in the parking lot and they'll meet you at your vehicle. They keep an eye out for anyone who pulls in.
The Murphy Center does great work and is a real asset to the community. The facility is really nice with landscaping and gardens maintained by residents, giving them something positive to contribute.

I came with my wife and kid and dropped off a box full of food. As we drove up, I noticed a lot of people hanging out by the entrance.
I went up by myself and was asked by someone on the way in what was in the box.
I said food, and 6 other people immediately came over.
I wasn't worried about it, but I'm sure some people would feel intimidated.

The people who came up were polite and friendly.
