Brought my two children here to swim. Rude guy with long hair at the front desk charged us for an adult admission, even though I explained to him that we weren’t getting in the pool. Then he said next time he’ll charge all six of us adults, even though we weren’t participating at all in the rec center. So rude.

I’ve never been to a rec center or a gym in my life where infants in diapers are Not only allowed but encouraged in a public hot tub. It’s freaking disgusting. The locker rooms are awful, smell like death, and it’s overcrowded, overpriced for people that live here year round all the while if you own a sixth home in grand park, you get in free.

Beautiful facility with great amenities and an ample selection of strength training equipment. This was a great gym to visit while traveling and I’d love to come back and see the addition and renovations they’ve done in the weight room!

Great community recreation center. Friendly staff, nice facilities, accessible by the Lift bus and offering a diverse set of workout, climb and swim options at a reasonable price.

Criticism: The indoor pool area was not well managed. The facilities themselves are great. The chlorine was way too high. There was not enough lifeguards. The kids going down the slide had no clue what was going on and ultimately most ended up in trouble because the rules/expectations were not clear. Lazy river rules/expectations were also unclear. Lots of kids got in trouble.

The weight room was under construction, which was good to see. It is currently way too small and additional basic weight machines are needed.

The front desk folks were great. They were very helpful.

I love this gym so much, and the pool area and sauna. It is a lot like a YMCA, with so many different fitness areas. I sadly cancelled my membership due to the crowding in the fitness area from the school age ski team constantly. They are there all the time. I hope the addition is completed soon so I can renew my membership and come again without the constant crowding and trying to get to use the equipment!

I drove all the way out there an hour early just to get a decent pump in and buy a month pass. I literally work here but live in Georgetown so she wouldn't sell me a month pass. This is unacceptable. so the people at Airbnb their house for 12 months out of the year and only stay a week can get a pass but the people that service the town and take care of the people of the town can't. Make that makes sense.
