This place has not only literally saved lives, but they are active in the community and ALWAYS offering help to those in need. They have help and assistance in English and Spanish that I know of, and are very accommodating and will work with you for whatever you need. If you read that bad review, I would simply ignore it. This place helps people, that is their service and they are incredible at it with many incredible individuals working there. They are amazing and deserve your support.
