If you haven't been to GlowCo give it a try. Everyone is very welcoming. Most classes have modifications for beginners. I love the yoga classes. The hot dome definitely takes the classes to the next level.

Joining GlowCO has been one of the best decisions! I have attended every class offered and loved each of their focuses. Barre is an excellent class to tone, cycle is great for cardio, and yoga has done wonders to my posture. I love not having to plan a workout anymore and having set times for accountability. This is a wonderful addition to Fort Morgan. Nice variety of classes with impressive line up of teachers, some driving in from the front range. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with all fitness levels being made to feel welcome and accommodated. The variations of Barre, spin and yoga allow me to keep my workouts fresh and interesting.
