They are just horrible, billing issues left and right plus abysmal and very rude customer service when you call in to fix their mistake. I've never had a late payment in 15 years until talking to Robb, who would rather try to run his office like a german camp from the 40s than a utility office. They shut my neighbor off during the middle of a freeze last year and blew all his pipes(now he's having to use them for over $200k), I thought it was a mistake at first but after dealing with Robb I'd say it was intentional. If you can go solar or xcel it would be well worth your time and probably save you a fortune from their fallout.

Was set up for autopay and after 7 months of on time payments I was late by 2 hours. They shut off my power with no notice and no phone call. Had to pay 461 dollars on a 60 dollar charge on a same day payment. It’s winter and we’re in the middle of a pandemic.
