My license was suspended and I have no idea why. MyDMV site won't tell me at all, received nothing in the mail about it. Payed the reinstatement fee and tried to renew. Website said I was ineligible for online renewal (again gave no reasons) and gave a phone number to call. Automated service, and when I tried to talk to a real person it just hangs up on me. Went in at 8 am today and was told they don't accept walk-ins anymore and I would have to make an appointment to even ask questions. Next available date is 2 weeks out for license renewal. I can't imagine a worse experience.

The lady at the front desk on 19 Feb 2025 was rude. There is no reason to treat everybody that way. I am sure she deals with a lot of rude people, that gives her no right to treat me with a short attitude, for no reason. This caused me to be unconfident about the help at this office, and I lost the excitement for this process I have been working on. Thank goodness I will not have to return to this location. I expect anybody at any front desk to be kind, that comes into tie with professionalism and better communication.

8 Counters but only 2 dispatchers… behind the wall probably 8 ā€œSUPERVISORSā€ā€¦ Waiting time 1 hour with appointment made 8 days before… We the Citizens- people NEED ALL THOSE COUNTERS WITH DISPATCHERS… STOP YOUR PRIORITIES AND GIVE THE PEOPLE THE RESPECT WE DESERVE… OURS TIME IS IMPORTANT TOO…

What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 1 and 1/2 hours to be seen. Makes no sense. The whole point of making an appointment is because your time is valuable and you need to get in an out efficiently. On top of that, half the staff is incredibly rude. I asked one the older gentleman a question, which he blatantly ignored, and when my girlfriend asked a simple question. He looked at her and proceeded to talk to her like she was a stupid child. This place is awful.

The gentlemen who took my child's info (for learner's permit) entered it in incorrectly (wrong street, wrong house #), then the lady photographing got angry that it was wrong, asked who did it, and raised her voice at me twice. Not impressed.

When i was here to get a replacement license last year, the person who took my photo was one of the rudest people i have ever met.

You'll just love it here.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was smiling, happy and pleasant. Had an appointment and made it through the whole process quickly and easily. Hands down the best DMV staff anywhere!

I've been here twice this week, and the man at the front desk today was very rude to myself and others. He communicates very poorly (several people in a row weren't sure what he was asking them to do), and then is disrespectful towards people who didn't understand him. After having to drive over an hour just to get an appointment that wasn't a month away, I have very little tolerance for the deliberate rudeness. This man would be better suited to work at Ed Debevic's than assisting the public.

I went to the local DMV office. I walked in and the self help shelf is just inside the door. I proceeded to look for a Spanish driver handbook. Not one but many in English as well as other brochures.. I asked the lady at the booth if they had any booklets in Spanish, as she proceeded to say I don't think, well " to her surprise" she had some in a drawer. I asked for two as one I work in a school district. She told me only one. My question is, why? I could have grabbed as many as I possibly wanted in English. I then called the phone to ask why, I'm told because limited amount, ok I understand that to an extent but seriously. Why aren't we providing the same amount in English and Spanish? It just made me question things and not the equally been shown. Apologies for ranting but should be accessible as well just like the English handbook.
