I had a wonderful experience. Everyone in there is very helpful pleasant caring and thoughtful. Ashley gave me her time and heard me. Jackie Meehan is so down to earth she's a real people person she understood what I was going through. She got me in so fast and took excellent care of me. THEY ANSWER THE PHONES!!!!

Fountain house Authority has amazing people working for them. They are always willing to help and very patient. I would recommend them to anybody. They help me with getting my new place fast. When they make sure everything is organized and taken care of

I called to ask about the Voucher program and the Tax Credit program or other programs for Senior housing assistance. The lady I spoke to was very rude and short with me, and told me she couldn't help me with any advice on anything other than the Voucher Rules and Process. I asked if there were other programs for Seniors besides the Vouchers (which gives priority to Fountain residents). She again said that she couldn't give me any advice on anything other than the Voucher Program, and can't refer me to anyone else. She said the Voucher Program is closed right now, and reopens in November. I asked what day in November, and she said that she doesn't know. Very discourteous, rude, and unhelpful. Maybe in the wrong business? I thought that the Fountain Housing Authority would be focused on helping people, not getting them off the phone as fast as they can.

The office staff are always super friendly and Margit especially!! The maintenance guys are also great! This is my 2nd time living here at Fountain Mesa Court Townhomes and it's great!!

Beware if a tenant reports you to office, violation will stay in your file without prove.

I'm a single father of three kids this place was a miracle for me today. I've literally been barely eating to ensure there's enough food for my kids to eat now I get to go home and eat and get my weight back I've lost approximately 20 lb in the last month because I moved into a new place and was being this responsible as I could to take care of the bills and make sure my kids had enough thank God for this place if you're hurting for food this is the place to go thank you all for so much
