I have had a UPS box for over 10 years and use the UPS address as my mailing address. So I receive all my mail and packages there, and sent packages out as well. The staff as always been helpful.
Ishma, one of the staff, stands out as very knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful Waiting in line I have seen her work with other customers and she treats all customers in a similar fashion. There has been a lot of turnover at the store as I'm sure is usual in this type of business. Ishma has been there longer than most and I hope she stays.

I don't usually get along w the UPS Store folks, so Ishma at this store is like a breath of fresh air. I've always assumed she owns the place because it does not matter what time of day, or how much stuff I bring in, she smiles and makes the experience, pleasant. She doesn't nickel and dime me on stupid things like 4 out of 5 kids who work in the other stores. She's very fast and makes it easy for me. No guesswork! If I knew she'd be here every day, I probably wouldn't set foot in another post office, ups store, or fed ex ever again. Thanks Ishma!!

Ishma & Andrew are the best! When we were turned away by another area UPS store for what we have since learned was a pretty simple request, they helped us out in super efficient, friendly, and warm way!
