My wife and I visited the Chamber since we were exploring Fort Collins as a place to retire. We were warmly received by a lady named Suzanne. Instead of just handing out brochures like in many chambers, she asked about our backgrounds, what we enjoyed, what activities we liked and how we planned to spend our time. Upon learning we both had doctoral degrees and as owner of a small company that had done business with almost 50 countries (and have lived in many countries), she shared with us information on organisations in the city we might consider joining. She then challenged us to participate in some organisations whereby we could contribute to the city. Yes, we want to enjoy our golden years but we are able, willing and ready to contribute to the society in which we live. Suzanne, you are a gem and I hope Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce recognizes it. You spoke well for the city in an honest, sincere and professional manner. As said, we are exploring places to retire and you have moved Fort Collins several notches in our considerations. Thank you for taking the time and providing us with a wealth of information.

We have been a Chamber member for the past 5 years and have had it be a truly valuable membership for our business. We are able to connect with other individuals and businesses that we would normally not have access to if it wasn’t for the Chamber. I have also gotten involved in other areas of the organization on different committees and programs and found them to be amazing experiences. My wife and I were visiting from Littleton and were lucky enough to have a socially distanced conversation outside at Walrus Ice Cream and Chad Beane from the Chamber and his lovely Tenae who works with the City of Ft Collins. They both were a wikipedia of fun information about this ecclectic city with the nuances of the old, new and innovative growth of this town. We had the feeling that these two worker bees have alot to do with this vibrant college town.

They're attempting to sabotage municipal internet by spreading fake information and pushing Comcast's agenda. Not sure if they got lobbied, but I have 0 respect for an organization that wants to intentionally hurt the community.
