I want to express my sincere gratitude to the overnight ER staff at Evans Army Community Hospital for their exceptional care during a potentially life-threatening situation. Their professionalism and quick response made all the difference, and I truly appreciate their efforts.

I had an amazing experience giving birth here. My midwife and nurses made the whole experience feel very safe and they made me feel heard. They constantly communicated that they were there for me and what I wanted in the labor and delivery process. My midwife Lily and my nurse Gabby were both amazing!

Had some general surgery done via community care by way of the VA. Amazing experience (if you don't count getting cut on, lol). Professional caring staff. Made for a smooth and stress-free experience. Procedure went great, and healing as I should. If I ever need to get cut on again, I would like to have it done here.

Again, AMAZING JOB general surgery team.

Thank you!

I had a large herniated disc that brought me in due to numbness of all of my private areas/right buttock, and right thigh. They took me serious when I had pain and gave me proper pain relief. They got an MRI for me. That did take a few hours but anywhere else probably would’ve taken longer. They saw my scan and immediate wanted to transfer me t Memorial for surgery. My nurses, medics, and doctors all had great bedside manners. One of the best ER visits I’ve ever had. Zero complaints. I felt very taken care of and listened to about my symptoms.

GO OFF POST!!! Had my first baby here and it was a disaster imo! Postpartum care sucked!!! Some nurses were 1000/10 amazing so not shaming everyone! Otherwise they SUCK! One nurse literally said to me “this is an army hospital we don’t have those it’s too expensive” also always seemed upset with my husband and I! They will argue with you and the pediatricians SUCK!!! (Not all) but most yes lol! Just go off post!

I just wanted to share my experience with the incredible customer service at Evans Army Hospital. T, Sam, and the other nurses were absolutely fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way during my spouse's surgery. T really took the time to explain the aftercare before discharge, which put our minds at ease.

Dr. Dowd was also amazing—he not only performed the surgery flawlessly but kept me updated throughout the process. The next day, he personally checked in on my spouse and arranged for bandage changes, which was a huge relief.

We can’t thank you all enough for your support and care! Highly recommend this team!

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!!
If I could give them 0 I would!😄
Not only will it take them 2+ hours to fill it, it’ll take you asking 3 different window clerks to get it done. 3rd times the charm though, unfortunately didn’t catch her name but one lady was nice and just filled it herself after she heard the 2 hour waiting time.
One clerk was so unbothered to do his job he glanced at his screen and just said they’re working on it.
It’s actually such a sad excuse for a pharmacy. I’ll be getting any prescription filled elsewhere or not at all. (THAT BAD)
Also I NEVER write reviews.
This was so pathetic and so sad to see elderly and sick people being forced to sit for hours to get medicines I had to let people know. Even if it saves just one person the time and effort.

Overall, I’ve had pretty good luck here, just be aware that manning shortages impact them just like everywhere else. Everyone seems to really try to do their best to help you and mean well. I’ve had a few specialty appointments, a procedure, as well as have gone to the ER a few times as well. It’s been clean every time I’ve been there. Not always super fast service but that’s military healthcare for you. You need to stay on top of them at times to call you back or do whatever followup action items are needed.
I’ll agree with others that the pharmacy is ridiculously slow. So I fill my prescriptions elsewhere if I can.
