Here’s the thing, I hardly EVER leave reviews on anything UNLESS it is absolutely necessary. Today, the lady at the front who is in charge of people coming in & out, can be very condescending and insinuating. She seems to only treat people for the ones in her own liking. She was hardly nice to us from the beginning when we started coming there, but I have let it slide from time & time again, until today. So, there was an instance today where I was grabbing an item from the larger area of the warehouse & unknowingly an item that wasn’t up for grabs that I had mistakenly taken then she overabundantly yelled at me in front of everyone for something I genuinely didn’t know. At that point, I didn’t even care to look for things anymore because it was uncomfortable and embarrassing which she also didn’t even have the common courtesy to apologize. So I went ahead & I just left because it wasn’t worth wasting my time smart mouthing her back. However, aside from today’s occurrence, we have gotten some good & useful things from the warehouse which we are thankful for, hence, from the experience I have gotten today, we will not be back again.

Generally I like this place, the only reason I took a star off is I almost got a juicer there and it wasn't properly inspected by staff and had I not noticed the mold, I would have taken home a moldy appliance. Other than that experience, I'd say staff is very friendly/welcoming. Sometimes you'll be rushed, but thats just because there's lots of people they are trying to help while following covid restrictions.

I love coming here every month. All the staffs over there are friendly and will hello you with whatever you need. Also I want to give a big shout to Dona for always looking out for everyone and helping each soldier with whatever that they need. Dona is amazing!!!!!

The director there is Completely Rude and condescending. My First impression was she felt so Above the families who shop there. It wasn't even a nice experience to EVER GO AGAIN. WE got Yelled at like a Child for having strollers inside, I had asked a question to an employee about the food pantry and the Director is yelling at me from across the room "You need a Referral " I was still asking some questions to the employee there and the Director is still saying "Refferal only" there is no need for her to be so rude. I ignored her and asked the employee how many time a year can we do the food pantry with a refferal?" The lady just started at me with this evil face... all in all No one said we couldn't have strollers walking in. The lady who initially checked us in didn't mention anything about not being able to have strollers.. then we were heading to the door and she says " Ma"am u are annoying, why do u have to be so annoyed with me, I'm the board director of this place to help you!"She goes on and on.. She said " I want to check u out now so u can leave already.. ( I am looking through things still) i absolutely did nothing to her! But I will not have u talk to me in such a manner I don't deserve. She was slamming her pen down and puffing while checking me out... first and last time I go there.

3 star review
1 star for the professionalism and being rude to
2 star because they had some good stuff to get.

Wish I would have given it a 5 star.

The woman who runs this place is very very very rude. She speaks condescendingly to the people shopping in there, is loud, and flat out unpleasant. I have found some really nice Unused things in there from high end stores, but if she dares catch you making a quiet and very thankful comment to your friend who’s shopping with you, about the original pricing of the item that you are about to get for free, she’ll grab your backpack and yell at you. Just FYI 🙂 I think if someone else was running this place things would go a lot smoother and feel more, uh, not so hostile. I also think someone needs to come down there and check out her dirty business schemes and put her in her place.

The business itself? Awesome. You can find a lot of unused donated items from big stores that are wanting to help soldiers and families. Thankful for the many things we have received there.

So terrible, it's honestly laughable. Greeted with the phrase "what do you want?" Then asked to sign paperwork stating I understood I couldn't get an item, and then sell it. No problem, that makes sense. But the check in person yelling that information at me and emphasizing that they will watch all social media to make sure I don't...I'd say is a smidge unnecessary. Then I finally enter, and it looks like rejected items from goodwill. If you're looking for something that can get destroyed as a Halloween prop, this is your place.
