I have not used this service- however my husband and I donate our Walmart rewards to this program because we strongly believe in helping organizations that help others- such as this one. As a retired child welfare social worker- equine therapy was so helpful for many children in the child welfare system! And trying to find openings in equine therapy is very hard because it is so in demand. The more donations' places like this receive- the more their services can grow!

Great place and cause. There's no pressure to do specific task but to feel welcomed to move at your pace. You can tell what Dan and Gloria created is amazing as soon as you step on the property. There's plenty of activities for veterans, first responders and their families. You don't have to be a vet or first responder to check out the ranch btw but there are plenty of programs for them to make sure their military transition goes smoothly and they have the necessary support.

The once a month muster bonfire are a great way to feel like brother and sister in arms again.

At the same time they bring in equine to the ranch from the slaughter pipeline, abuse, or neglect, they marry them with vets to help each other heal.

Kids are welcomed at the ranch too and love working with the mini horses and donkeys.

It's not only a community but a family.
