If I could give 0 stars I would. The only thing good about living on post is convenience of the service member being close to work. The housing staff is the rudest group of women complied into one little office building. Do better with your customer service. I’d fire every single person working here & rehire people who are actually competent & friendly. The woman who did our pre inspection told us there was $45 of damage for a chip on the counter, that had the sink improperly installed anyways so there was a 2 inch gap for water to seep down in despite the work order put in that was never fixed in our 2.5 years living there. Countless other work orders unfinished. Broken door latch, garage door, broken patio, & wall patches etc that were on our paper filled out when we moved in & apparently they didn’t have a copy I turned 48 hrs after we moved in. Also do not use the touch up paint they give you because they will charge you for wall patching even if they tell you they won’t. Fast forward to final out inspection $1700 of new charges. Weird how it was the exact amount of BAH we would have received. Not to mention we left the house better than it was when we moved in. Don’t waste your time if you want to live on a base in Colorado Springs. I’d look into the housing on Air Force base or literally anywhere else.

If only I could give -0, I would. Guys, make sure to have a copy of your offer letter and agreement. Housing, misplaced our offer letter and stating that we never turned in. I swear to god, we turned it in, and now they charging us month to month basis instead of one year term. People who work in the office need to do better. I wish they have camera, so they can backtrack and not make you look dumb. It's ridiculous, no wonder the reviews are bad.

If i could give this place a zero, i would. The individual people in the housing office that i have talked to are great. Regular maintenance, decent. Today i had a radon inspection that was rescheduled. I did not receive any notice of the reschedule and took a day off of work. Almost impossible since i am in a training program. I have had good experiences but i have also had SEVERAL bad ones. Live off post if you can.

Worst housing experience I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Advertising incorrect housing “inspections”. My dog has been registered since I PCS’d here in 2021, and out of no where last year I was notified that my dog was restricted from post. My spouse and I had to do so much run arounds to have our dogs registered as an ESA. Spent money for that as well, finally gave all the required documents back and did not receive any acknowledgement whatsoever from the housing office. They are so quick to call you out for things, but so slow to fix any issues on their end. This is a very sad housing facility and this is how they support the troops. Also would like to add that they never answer the phones when I’d call but when I missed a call from them for whatever issues I get threatened to have my chain of command involved. You’ll have a far greater experience living off post if you could.

Our first and LAST experience living on post.
Accountability is zero when comes to maintenance. Work orders are pushed to the side for months, at time year and then magically they complete them in the system without finishing the job.
We have had our back door replaced due to mold (door was rotten on the outside) and while it took 6+ months and 2 work order resubmission now we are left with a door that doesn’t even lock! Yet nobody is responding.
Worst experience ever, no service provided yet they take all the BAH without blinking

All of my carpets are filled with urine. And nothing has been done yet. Family is getting sick and I'm allergic to cats. We just keep hearing it's being pushed up but never any eta. It's not livable and I can not sleep upstairs . Isn't the company on probation? Aren't yall suppose to be doing everything by the book? This house is inhabitable and my family is sick and yall are taking your sweet time. I hear the people in this house before us got kicked out and the house was filthy. There is no way a cleaner was in here . There was no way that someone has given the go to rent this house out . I've had MULTIPLE people come and take pics and get hit in the face by the urine smell. Yes we have had maintenance come and some managers and also the carpet lady to measure rooms and they all were Smacked in the face and were in shock of how this house could be given to us. DO BETTER.

Apparently they can never answer calls. I've had to call multiple times back to back for someone to answer. I filed a complaint about damages done to my personal property from the landscaping company and it's been 3 weeks since the complaint with no returned call. I'd like to add on that when you move out they'll tell you what you'll have to pay for and then send you an email with added issues they didn't bring up when you signed the documents. What I signed was different than what was emailed to me (from what i remember) and then tell you that you won't be charged for something and then add it later in an email once you've moved. This place is awful. If anybody is reading this, rent off post.

Elyse came by to do our pre move out inspection. She answered all our questions and was extremely kind, helpful and professional. We had a great experience in having her in our home and explaining the move out process. She really put us at peace since we have been very stressed preparing for our move. Thank you Elyse!
